Mr. BROOKS retired in 1930 as manager of the manufacturing department of the International Harvester company's, McCormick Works. He had been associated with International Harvester and its predecessor, the McCormick Harvesting Machine company, since 1894. Surviving are his widow, Marjorie, and a son, William.
