    • He served during W. W. 1. His attestation papers stated he was Waldrum Brewer PROWSE, born Charlottetown Royalty, P.E.I. His next of kin was his wife, Katie Beatrice? PROWSE, residing at 48 Euston St., Charlottetown. Born 14 June 1873. His trade was that of a merchant. He had served in a former military service [illeg]. Signed by Waldrum on 8 July 1915.

      His medical exam took place on 20 October 1915 in Charlottetown. He was 42 years of age, 5 ft., 10.5 in., dark complexion, light blue eyes and brown hair. He had several distinctive marks: "Scar of burn of left breast touching collar bone and extending downwards; cut 1 in. long between thumb and forefinger of left hand; large scar from boils on front ?, 4 ins. below knee of left leg; cut on other joint of thumb right thumb." He was considered fit for the Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Force.
