(Living names removed) Obituary: Mr. Charles J. NORSWORTHY, 60, formerly of Tampa, recently of Franklin, N.C., passed away Sunday morning in Asville, N.C. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Christ Community Church, with the Pastor, Dr. Richard A. Williams, Associate Pastor, Dr. L. P. McClenny and Rev. George NORSWORTHY, Associate Pastor of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in his memory. The family will received friends at the F. T. Blount Company Funeral Home, 5101 Nebraska Avenue, Tuesday night from 7.00 to 9.00 p.m. A native of Parrish, Florida, Mr. NORSWORTHY had lived all of his lifetime in Tampa until he moved to North Carolina two and a half years ago. He was a member of Christ Community Church; the NALC and retired from the U.S. Postal Service? in Tampa. He was a graduate of Hillsborough High School; was a veteran of WW11 where he served as a Fighter Pilot; was a member of the Lutz-Land O'Lakes American Legion Post #108 and Voiture # 199 40 & 8. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Betty B. NORSWORTHY, Franklin, N.C.; three sons, one daughter, one brother, three sisters, Mrs. Thelma SEYLLER, and 9 grandchildren. F. T. Blount Co., Tampa Chapel.
