  Notes	Flora was the daughter of Samuel Green TANTON and Elizabeth ELLIS. Samuel was born 5 September 1839, in St. Eleanor's, Richmond Parish, Lot 17, Prince County, Prince Edward Island, and died 7 December 1868 in St. Eleanor's, Lot 17, Prince County, P.E.I. He married Elizabeth ELLIS on 4 December 1867 in P.E.I. Elizabeth was born 24 April 1837 in P.E.I. and died 23 February 1905, buried Clinton Public Cemetery, Hullett Township, Huron County, Ontario. After the death of her husband in 1868, Elizabeth married Henry NEWCOMBE, a Methodist minister. Flora appears in their home in 1881; her marriage to Albert WOODMAN in 1886 was officiated by her stepfather. [5, 9, 10]
